HR Manager

  • Degree in Human Resources.
  • 10 + years working experience.
  • Exercises judgment and expertise in developing and interpreting standards and policies for application by others.
  • Ability to resolve critical problems not covered by standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Excellent conflict of resolution skills.

HR Assistant

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
  • 3+ years working experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Aid and support in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Line managers ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement
  • Advise the HR Manager regarding employee concerns and grievances in a timely and fair manner, ensuring an elevated level of satisfaction and retention
  • Aid implementation of team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs to enhance employee morale and motivation.

Performance Management

  • Provide support to management on the Performance Management Process, Probations and Personal Development Plans
  • Sit in on performance reviews, probation reviews and personal development plan meetings for Jnr employees to ensure fairness

HR Policies and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices.
  • Provide insight into updates that may affect HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

HR Administration and Reporting

  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel recordkeeping.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends.

HR Procedures

  • Provide insights into updates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the HR life cycle and train the HR team accordingly

Build the Company Climate and Culture

  • Assist in implementation of mechanisms to drive and maintain the company culture at all levels.
  • Assist in annual climate surveys to assess employee perceptions and foster an open-door policy within the HR team

HR Documentation

  • Ensure prompt and efficient scanning and saving of employee documentation.
  • Maintain a File Gap Analysis to ensure documentation completeness.

Employee Life Cycle

  • Assist in smooth operational delivery throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, engagement and onboarding, performance appraisal, labor relations, employment equity, skills development, health and safety, job grading, employee wellness, industrial relations, injuries on duty, leave, payroll, terminations, exit interviews, and issuance of certificates of service.

ICT Project Manager

  1. Ensure timeously submissions
    • Facilitate/assist with Change Control approvals/submissions
    • Outlining, defining, and initiating the project
  1. Ensure documentation is accurate and updated
    • Complete Project Sign-off document using standard BCT template.
    • Maintain solid documentation on historical IT projects
    • Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects
    • Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget
  1. Ensure service system is updated and accurate
    • Robust up-to date fit for purpose project plans (use tools according to project complexity and BCT/client expectations).
    • Regular issue of current project plan activities and progress updates to BCT teams and its customers
  1. Ensure cohesive inter-department communication and deliverables
    • Teamworking with technical and mid-tier managers (internal & client based)
    • Analysis & problem-solving including escalation as necessary.
    • Formal planning, organising, leading, controlling & progress reporting
    • Champions Customer & Stakeholder focus
    • Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects
    • Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements
    • Evaluating standards of component products
  1. Foster a culture of continuous learning
    • Share knowledge and skills with the team to help grow other junior PMs
  • Knowledge of Project planning & scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project/Teams) & control techniques
  • Certificate or Diploma in Project Management.
  • PMP certification is encouraged
  • 5-10 years working experience
  • Willing to work onsite (at office or customer) and remote work for the remainder
